流道設計對質子交換膜燃料電池性能的影響

The Influence of the Flow Field Design to the Performance of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell

摘要


本文以三維數值模擬PEMFC陰極流場,針對不同的流道設計,分析各流場的速度分佈、入出口壓降及壓降與雷諾數的相關性。由計算結果得知,蛇型流場的速度分佈均勻、平行直流道與棋盤型流場有較小的入出口壓降、各流場入出口壓降隨雷諾數增加而增加。

This paper uses Three-dimensional numerical simulation to imitate a PEMFC cathode flow field, for the different flow field designs to analyze each flow field velocity distribution, inlet/outlet pressure drop & Reynolds number correlation. From the results of our calculation, the velocity for a serpentine flow field distributes uniformly, parallel straight flow fields and serpentine flow fields have smaller inlet/outlet pressure drops, each flow field inlet/outlet pressure drop will be increased by the increasing of the Reynolds number.
