柴油引擎高壓油管壓力波形量測及分析

The Measurement and Characterization of Pressure Variation of Diesel Engine Fuel Line

摘要


本研究的主要目的在探討柴油引擎噴射系統機械元件故障狀態與噴射高壓油管當中壓力波形特性之間的關係。在本研究當中,我們建立了柴油引擎噴油壓力的量測系統,然後利用此一設備進行故障波形量測,並進行分析。研究的結果顯示,透過角度域以及頻率域的特徵值,可以成功的分辨出不同的故障狀態。所謂的角度域,指的是壓力波形相對於曲軸轉動角度的變化情形。如此的結果,可以作爲日後開發自動化柴油車油壓系統故障診斷的依據。

The purpose of this research is to characterize the fuel pressure variation in the fuel pump system of diesel engine for system fault diagnosis. In this research, a fuel pressure measuring system is developed and several different fuel pressure variations were measured. The variations are characterized in both frequency and crank angle domain. The results can be used for automatic diagnosis in the future.
