Vender Regulation and Service Center Planning of Scenic Area

For years, venders have given a bad headache to the management of scenic areas. This problem seems difficult to cure under the current economic policy and societal attitudes. Therefore, a plan for choosing suitable sites to establish service centers is suggested in this report. The service centers will not only give shelter to the of-fending venders, making them lagitimately operated points ofsales, but can be developed into tourism resources with traditional, local and native characteristics.
