摘要

休閒農業係利用其生產環境、生產過程、農業產品及農村自然與人文景觀作爲休閒遊憩的基本條件。由於不同的資源，將提供不同的遊憩活動：爲使農業資源合理利用，避免未來休閒農業惡性競爭，喪失發展休閒農業之意義，且降低遊憩品質，有必要將本省有關休閒農業資源加以分類。再者，以目前國內外有關資源之分類系統，多偏重於一般性觀光遊憩資源，少數亦有針對休閒農業資源，但多未能掌握休閒農業特性。發展休閒農業乃政府既定政策，休閒農業資源分類則是發展休閒農業的當務之急。本研究乃針對此一課題，配合觀光遊憩需求及本省農業資源，試圖研擬一套客觀且能反應休閒農業特性之資源分類系統，以爲政府發展本省休閒農業及私人企業開發休閒農業區之參考依據。

Recreation resources of farm tourism include farm production activities, agricultural products, farmland and farm house, etc. As different recreation resources have different potentials for recreation activities. In order to develop the rational use of agricultural resources, it is necessary to classify the farm tourism resources. There are a few recreation resource classification methods based on the types of agricultural resource but they are not exactly suitable for farm tourism planning and management. It is the purpose of this study to establish a farm tourism resource classification system for the public and private sectors to develop and manage the farm tourism industry.
