摘要

非市場價值評估技術，已廣泛的應用於自然環境的經濟評估，然而，由於自然環境系統的特性，各種評估技術推估的結果是否可靠，一致性如何，學術界與實務界各有不同評價。本文藉由三個自然環境經濟評估的面向，進一步分析使用現行經濟評估的限制，並提出另類評估與思考的方向。

The non-market goods evaluation techniques have been employed in the field of natural environment research for many years. However, the complexity of the nature environmental system results in the evaluation inconsistent and inaccurate in some cases. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate three natural environment dimensions in which the evaluation techniques are incapable. Corresponding suggestions are also provided for the further research.
