香客與戶外遊憩者之遊憩衝突探討以松柏嶺宗教觀光區爲例

摘要

本研究主要的目的爲，調查影響宗教觀光地區遊客對遊憩衝突的感受及其影響因子，以及分析香客與戶外遊憩者在遊憩衝突認知的差異，選定的基地爲松柏嶺受天宮地區，受天宮爲一全國性之道教祭祀之中心，而本省信奉道教者眾多，因此進香活動頻繁，此外此區爲一景觀優美之風景區，因此常有登山者或其他非進香客來此。
研究結果顯示，不同屬性遊客間其衝突感受有顯著的差異，影響遊客之遊憩衝突感受的因子中呈現顯著相關的爲「對環境的滿意度」、「體驗之期望」、「其他團體的行爲」、「對環境未來開發接受程度」，因此在規劃此類型宗教觀光地區時宜考慮宗教活動帶來的影響，適度的規範遊客的行爲，區隔不同遊憩目的之遊客以減少衝突感受，可以提高遊憩品質滿意程度。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting visitors' perception of recreational conflict in the region of religious tour, and to analyze the difference of pilgrims and outdoor recreationists' perception of recreational conflict. Shouh-Tain temple in Song-Bor-Ling where is the most famous center of Toaism had been chosen for the study area. Many Taiwanese people believe in Toaism, therefore the pilgrimage in this area are frequent. At the same time Song-Bor-Ling is a beautiful scenic spot, so there were many hikers or outdoor recreationists came here.
The study result show that are signal difference between two different characteristic groups, and the visitors' perception of conflict is significantly related to the following factors: the satisfaction of environment; Bvisitors' expected experience; Bbehavior of other groups; Bvisitors' attitude toward environment development. Consequently when someone is planning this type of religional area he should considering the impact of pilgrimage and restricting visitors behavior appropriately, setting apart different kinds of visitors who have different recreational purpose, and to reduce the recreational conflict and to promote the satisfaction of recreational quality.
