高雄都會公園遊客滿意度及相關因素之研究

A Study on User Satisfaction and Its Correlated Factors of Kaoshiung Metropolitan Park

摘要

本研究主要目的在於分析目前高雄都會公園使用者滿意度之相關因素。藉由613位現地遊客之訪談，收集包括：遊客之整體滿意度、遊客對各項設施之滿意度、及遊客對目前各項活動之觀感等資料。研究結果顯示遊客對於目前高雄都會公園各項設施大致均滿意，而與遊客整體滿意度相關程度較高的因素爲活動設施維護狀況是否良好、活動設施種類之多寡、經營管理滿意度，其次依序爲解說服務滿意度、遊憩設施滿意度、活動空間大小、植栽滿意度，而遊客對於現有公共設施之滿意度與整體滿意度之關聯程度最低。

The purpose of this study was to analyze user satisfaction level of Kaoshiung Metropolitan Park and factors correlated with satisfaction level. By interviewing with 613 on-site visitors, their overall satisfaction level and their satisfaction to five kinds of facilities and three kinds of activity feelings were measured with five point scales. The results showed that most visitors were satisfied with this park. The overall satisfaction level was highly correlated with maintenance of facilities, the variety of recreation facilities and the management. Visitors' overall satisfaction level was less correlated with their satisfactions to the interpretive service, the recreational facilities, the activity space, the plant management and the quality of public facilities.
