台灣地區休閒旅遊指標系統建構之研究

本研究之研究課題爲建立系統性、實用性之休閒旅遊指標系統。主要的研究目的包括(1)建立反映臺灣地區縣市休閒旅遊發展之適當指標系統；(2)瞭解各縣市休閒旅遊發展的現況與分佈；(3)探討地區重要特性與縣市休閒旅遊整體表現的相互關係。本研究以文獻資料匯集以及焦點團體法來修正建構休閒旅遊系統之架構，再透過專家問卷調查及AHP法估算指標系統構面之權重。研究結果顯示，我國之休閒旅遊系統分爲「休閒旅遊資源與設施」、「軟體活動環境」、「休閒旅遊供給單位」以及「休閒旅遊參與」箏四大構面，權重值分別是0.330、0.239、0.178、0.253。各縣市之休閒旅遊表現分佈並不平均，「臺北市」、「臺北縣」、「高雄市」、爲較優的三縣市，而「基隆市」、「嘉義市」、「新竹市」爲較差的三縣市。最後，探討地方永本特性與縣市休閒旅遊發展之關係，發現「城鄉屬性」、「敎育程度」、「收入」、「性別」等因素與縣市之休閒旅遊整體表現有明顯之關係。

The primary study purposes include (1) constructing Taiwan Travel and Leisure Indicator System, (2) profiling the travel and leisure delivery quality for every county in Taiwan, and (3) examining some critical factors, which may relate with the performance of travel and leisure delivery. Document review and focus group were used to structure the Taiwan Travel and Leisure Indicator System. Then mail surveys with professionals and AHP method were applied to estimate weights for various indicators of the structured system. As the result, Taiwan Travel and Leisure Indicator System includes four major dimensions: ”recreation resources and facilities”, ”activities and events”, ”leisure and travel supply system”, and ”leisure and travel participations”. The spatial distribution of travel and leisure delivery performance is not even. Taipei city, Taipei county, and Kao-shiung city are better off than others. Comparatively, Kee-lung city, Chia-yi city, and Shin-chu city are worse off. Lastly, this study also examines the relation between county characters and county's performance on travel and leisure performance. Results demonstrate that ”urbanrural”, ”education”, ”income”, and ”gender” are related with county's performance on travel and leisure delivery.
