台灣地區休閒農場發展現況與發展策略之探討

摘要

近年來，由於國民所得提高、消費結構改變、人口湧向都市、減少與自然接觸的機會、產業分工愈細、生活愈單調乏味，與道路交通改善之便及農村與農業經營情況改變，加上近年政府積極推行休閒旅遊產業，使得台灣休閒農場的產業蓬勃發展。但因，台灣休閒農場的發展迅速，讓許多農場卻因缺乏區隔特色，承受著龐大的競爭壓力。是以，為能讓休閒農場經營蒸蒸日上，並提升休閒農場之競爭優勢，本研究擬回顧相關研究來探討休閒農場的經營問題及發展策略，期能藉由休閒農場發展問題及發展策略之探討，作為休閒農場經營者之參考與建議。

In recent years the leisure farm industry is flourishing in Taiwan due to increasing income level, changes in the consumption structure, an urbanization reducing the contact with nature, the industrial diversification, routine life style, improvement in the road and traffic, changes in the rural and agricultural operations and government promotion in leisure and tourism industry. However, many leisure farms, which are lack of distinctive characteristics due to the rapid development, are under the enormous pressure of competition. Therefore, to help leisure farms thriving business and enhance the competitive advantage, this study was to review the previous researches in leisure farms and to explore and develop strategies for leisure farm industry.
