國中教師與家長對實施海洋休閒教育態度與考量之比較研究

A Comparative Study on the Attitudes and Considerations of Marine Leisure Education between Teachers and Parents of Junior High Schools

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中教師與家長對於實施海洋休閒教育之態度與考量因素。研究採問卷調查法,新北市國中教師303人,家長437人受測。研究獲六項結果:1.曾參與、帶領海洋休閒活動者之海洋休閒教育態度表現皆高於未曾參與、帶領者;2.不同性別、職務、任教領域教師之海洋休閒教育態度具顯著差異;3.不同年齡、職業、學齡子女數家長之海洋休閒教育態度具顯著差異;4.教師之海洋休閒教育態度與考量皆顯著高於家長,但其帶領學生參與海洋休閒教育之意願較家長意願為低;5.多數教師與家長在認知與情感表現上皆支持海洋休閒教育,但行為表現上支持率較低;6.教師與家長皆以安全、游泳能力與花費為海洋休閒教育之主要考量。根據結論,本研究針對海洋休閒教育提出5點建議。

The purpose of this study was to compare the attitudes and considerations of marine leisure education in junior high schools between teachers and parents of New Taipei City. The method adopted in this study was a survey. 303 junior high school teachers and 437 parents were selected as the subjects. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The attitude scores of teachers and parents who have been involved in or led marine leisure activities were higher than for those who had not been involved previously. 2. In terms of attitudes toward the implementation of marine leisure education, significant differences were found among the factors of teachers' gender, position, and teaching field. 3. In terms of attitudes toward the implementation of marine leisure education, there were significant differences among the factors of parents' age, occupation, and numbers of children. 4. Teachers' attitude scores and considerations are significantly higher than parents' are but they are less willing to take students to participate than parents are. 5. Both teachers and parents positively support marine leisure education, but are less willing to lead their students to participate in marine leisure education. 6. Teachers and parents consider that the three most important considerations are security, swimming ability, and cost. The results of this study can be referenced by those who are interested in marine education and teachers in junior high schools.
