Recreation Specialization, Recreationist- Environment Fit, and Flow Experience of Cyclists

自行車騎士遊憩專門化、遊憩者-遊憩環境契合度與心流體驗之關係

摘要


Previous studies have confirmed that recreation specialization is closely related to flow experience. However, most previous studies have focused exclusively on the perspective of recreationists, overlooking the interaction between recreationists and recreational environments. We thus incorporated the role of recreationist-environment fit (R-E fit) to identify and verify the relationships among recreation specialization, R-E fit, and flow experience. Structured questionnaires were distributed to cyclists using a convenience sampling method. Furthermore, structural equation modeling was employed to test the hypotheses. The results showed that (I) recreation specialization positively affected flow experience; (II) recreation specialization positively affected R-E fit; (III) R-E fit positively affected flow experience; and (IV) R-E fit mediated the relationship between recreation specialization and flow experience. Managerial implications and recommendations for future research are also provided in this study.

過往研究證實遊憩專門化與心流體驗之關係,惟此研究多以遊憩者視角進行探究,稍乏遊憩者與遊憩環境互動之考量。爰此,本文導入遊憩者-遊憩環境契合度之角色,建構與驗證遊憩專門化、遊憩者-遊憩環境契合度與心流體驗之關係。本文選擇彰化縣八卦山自行車道自行車騎士做為研究對象,運用便利抽樣與結構式問卷進行問卷發放。本文運用結構方程模式進行假設驗證。結果顯示:壹、遊憩專門化正向影響心流體驗;貳、遊憩專門化正向影響遊憩者-遊憩環境契合度;參、遊憩者-遊憩環境契合度正向影響心流體驗;肆、遊憩者-遊憩環境契合度在於遊憩專門化與心流體驗之間具有中介效果。本文亦依結果提出若干管理意涵與未來研究建議,企盼可供相關單位與後續研究參考。
