A new Chinese book government procurement model, Inter-entity Supply Contract, was launched in November 2003. This model is charged by Central Trust of China. The model is disputable during the first year. This study used telephone interview to gain the opinions of national universities, public libraries, contract vendors and non-contract vendors. Several suggestions are provided to Central Trust of China, Public Construction Commission, Library Association of R. O. C., publishers, vendors and acquisitions librarians.
