The sexual behavior include libido, the frequency of intercourse, orgasm, erectile capacity. Solute removal index KT/V, nutritional parameter PCRN, Erythropoietin (EPO) dosage, HcT also had been monitored. The overall satisfaction showed increased in 92 (66%) patients after dialysis. While 34 of 49(69%) male and 58 of 90(64%) female reported improved sexual behavior. Moreever, 15 (31%) male and 32(36%) female did not get improvement. In male patients, sexual behavior (erection, intercourse, orgasm) showed increased (P<0.05) after dialysis. While in female patients (intercourse, orgasm) also revealed increased (P<0.05) after dialysis. Before dialysis 44 (90%) male patients showed libido, after dialysis the population did not increase. While in female patients, the libido decreased from 40(44%) to 38 (42%) after dialysis. Comparing the response with nonresponse group only age, Hct showed difference in male patient, while in female patient only EPO dosage showed some difference, Others like KT/V, PCRN did not show appreciable significance. We concluded the sexual behavior can be improved after adequate dialysis.
