摘要

在現今醫療體系中，高階醫療影像儀器已經成為不可或缺的診斷工具。各國政府均投入相當大的資源資助或是開發醫療影像技術。而全球醫療影像產業中，個別影像機器銷售營業額前三名排名依序為電腦斷層掃描儀、核磁共振儀、超音波。本文中將對其技術原理、發展現況、未來技術發展趨勢等作一簡要介紹。
現今醫學影像發展趨勢主要如下：短成像時間、高空間與時間解析度、在不影響病人生理與心理的狀態下得到影像、減少病人接受的輻射量、以及更強大的分辨正常組織與病變組織之解析力。台灣已具有優秀的醫療照護環境與完整學術研發能量，若能搭配新型影像技術並嘗試開發新應用領域，且針對亞洲人種易罹患之病症進行研究，必然可在全球醫學研究領域占有一席之地。

Medical image systems have become the indispensable diagnosis tool in nowadays healthcare system. Countries around the world have devoted a lot of investment and funding in these fields. The medical image market sales rankings are computer tomography, magnetic resonance image, and ultrasound. In this article, we will introduce the technology, application and future trend of these image systems.
The trend of medical image development is as below: shorter image acquiring time, lower radiation dose, higher temporal and spatial resolution, and better ability to distinguish malignant and normal tissue in early stage. Taiwan has good medical care environment and excellent research ability, and shall focus on Asian-specific syndrome or disease with the help of latest medical image technology.
