摘要


台灣的醫療院所近年來發展醫學影像傳輸儲存系統(Picture Archiving Communication Systems, PACS)的投資金額相當龐大,因此建構一套評準模式輔以建置規劃之決策,協助成功導入合適的PACS相當重要。本研究以某區域醫院探討建置PACS所需考慮之因子,歸納爲八大層面及二十八項準則,並賦以各準則之權重。該區域醫院的PACS評選小組依評分表內容評分,針對六家PACS廠商在整體建置規劃層面上,利用決策理論之灰關聯分析(Grey Relation Analysis, GRA)評選各廠商對醫院建置醫學影像傳輸儲存系統之優先順序。

The medical institutes in Taiwan have committed to developing picture archiving communication systems (PACS) within years. Since, the investment is quite huge, it is important of setting up a model of evaluation to complement with the decision of constructing a successful PACS plan. According to this research, the factors of PACS construction are categorized into 8 major aspects and 28 items of criterion. Each factor is given different weighting based on the statistics of questionnaire investigation. This study applies grey relation analysis (GRA) to determine the priority of each manufacturer for constructing PACS. Finally, the evaluation of six PACS manufacturers is made by the PACS committee of the regional hospital.
