摘要

波灣戰爭引發了一場由美國領導的新軍事事務革命，中共也以高技術條件下的局部戰爭進行探討這場革命。資訊戰爭代表這場革命的主要特質之一，本文藉由中共軍方相關著作分析，探索中共進行這場革命的發展與能力。

The Gulf War brought about a new military revolution, the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) lead by the U.S. Communist China has begun to study RMA through its focus on local war under high technological conditions. One of the predominant characteristics of RMA is war in the information age, where the nature, form and ways of war are changing.
To increase our understanding of the development and capability of Communist China in RMA, this article explores RMA related works of the Chinese military.
