儲存前減除及非減除白血球之分離術血小板血小板功能之比較

Analyze the Platelet Function between Pre-storage Leukocyte Reduced and Non-leukocyte Reduced Apheresis Platelets

摘要


儲存前減除白血球之分離術血小板因過濾掉許多血品中的白血球,故能有效減少輸血反應之發生。本研究的目的是要測試非減除白血球及儲存前減除白血球之分離術血小板在採血後相同的儲存天數下,比較二者血小板的功能。研究結果為二種血品測試血小板功能中的ADP、Collagen、ESC、pO2及lactate於採集當天及儲存期間第1、3、5天在統計上並無顯著差異。結論為儲存前減除白血球之分離術血小板雖經過減除白血球的程序,但對血小板的功能並無損害。

The study compared the quality of leukoreduced apheresis platelets and non-leukoreduced platelets during same storage period. Forty eligible subjects were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to the groups of pre-storage leukoreduced or non- leukoreduced apheresis platelets. Samplings were carried out for 0, 1, 3 and 5 days from two groups to test aggregation of ADP, collagen, hypotonic shock response (HSR), extent of shape change (ESC), pH, pCO2, pO2, glucose, and lactate. Results showed that no significant difference in levels of ESC, pO2 and lactate in both samplings from different groups, and pH in both platelets products maintained at acceptable level (≧6.2) up to 5 days. However, level of HSR showed significantly higher in pre-storage leukoreduced apheresis platelets than in non-leukoreduced platelets at 0, 1 and 3 days (p<0.05). This study indicates that there is no impairment in terms of platelet quality after pre-storage leukoreduced process.
