精神病患社區工廠－就業之評估

摘要

高雄市立凱旋醫院推行「大寮復健計畫」，其對慢性精神病患提供之社區工廠就業實習訓練服務，經過一年的執行結果，由本文得知，13名病患皆能持續社區工廠就業工作，並獲正性的結果。此13名病患之出勤狀況尚稱良好，平均出動率可達91.4%，平均每月請假缺勤只有1天。於就業工作中介入醫療，對病患之症狀變化可給予妥善處理，以維繫病患工作適應能力。另由病患就業時請假缺勤情況，或可預知病情變化,給予事先輔導。病患就業工作適應情況，絕大多數病患就業適應能力尚稱良好，能滿足現狀，與工廠同仁相處愉快，可勝任工作，惟尚有醫療上的依賴心理。由本研究顯示精神病患社區工廠就業實習訓練是可行的，值得推廣。

The Kai-Suan Psychiatric Hospital & Institute applied the ”Community Factory Employment” service for the chronic psychotics. One of the programs 13 patients received this service from April 1987 to March 1988. The results are as follows. All 13 patients got the positive outcome. Their average attendance rate reached to 91.4% and average absent date only one day per month. The medical services intervention in the factory employment were very benefitial in dealing with symptom changes, and could maintain the work adjustment abilities of the patients. From the off- job and absent rate, the symptom changes could be predicted and some support to the patient was necessary. Most patients satisfied the present condition, could be together with the fellow workers rapportly, worked well, but manifested some medical dependent tendencies. Therefore the study showed that the community factory employment and training service was successful and could be extended to other psychotic patients.
