應用行為改變技術於感覺統合失調兒童的治療

Behavior Modification Technique: Its Application in the Sensory Integrative Dysfunction Children

摘要


經感覺統合測驗評估為感覺統合失調的兒童,臨床顯示他們除了好動、不專心、動作笨拙、視、聽知覺差、語言能力不佳等原發感覺統合問題外,常伴隨情緒障礙、行為問題、學習障礙及人際關係差等次發問題,在治療過程中干擾活動之運作。因此,治療師可應用行為改變技術,適時矯正這些問題,以利治療的進行。當兒童感覺統合發展逐漸成熟時,適當行為即自然形成。 本文中筆者將介紹行為改變技術有關之評估、問題分析、選擇及應用增強物、觀察記錄法以及教育父母適當的配合治療計劃等方面之臨床應用。

Most of the sensory integrative dysfunction children not only have primary psychophysiological problems, such as hyperactivity, distractivity, clumsiness, poor visual perception et al, but also have secondary problems, such as emotional disturbance, behavior problems, learning disabilities, poor social relationship et al. Some secondary problems, such as: poor frustration tolerance, poor following direction, often interfere with the process of sensory integrative treatment. Therefore, in addition to sensory integrative therapy, they need some other interventions, such as behavior modification, supportive psychotherapy to facilitate the treatment process. This paper attempts to summarize some of the basic principles and techniques of behavior modification, including evaluation of problem, analysis of problem, reinforcement and recording system and parents education, that occupational therapists may find useful for application in sensory integrative dysfunction area of practice.
