摘要

本文目的是對於如何在台灣使用有效及可靠的感覺史問卷提供相關訊息。文章中主要包含兩個部份。第一個部份將簡介一份經由嚴謹過程所產生的感覺史問卷，叫做感覺訊息處理評估表。它能夠對於如何製作一份符合科學上嚴格要求的感覺史問卷提供範例。第二個部份將討論把感覺訊息處理評估表翻譯成適合台灣使用的中文版本所做的修正。這些討論不僅會反映出有效的翻譯方法之重要性，同時也提醒我們在使用外來譯版本的工具時，要注意職能活動對於特定文化族群的獨特意義。

The purpose of this study is to provide information for using a valid and reliable sensory history questionnaire in Taiwan. Specifically, there are two major sections in this paper. The first section of this paper introduces a rigorously generated sensory history questionnaire, called the Evaluation of Sensory Processing (ESP). It provides an example of how to produce a sensory history questionnaire that can meet stringent scientific criteria. The second section discusses the revisions made in translations of the ESP into Mandarin Chinese for use in Taiwan. These discussions not only reflect the importance of valid methodology of translations, but also remind us to notice the specific meanings of occupations in a particular cultural group when using translated instruments.
