膝關節等速肌力測試加速時間測量之研究

Validity of Acceleration Time Measurement in Isokinetic Test

摘要


本研究係利用重覆曝光儀配合Cybex 325系統,在十個不同速度下(30°/s~300°/s)針對二十位年輕健康受試者(男性7位、女性 13位)進行膝關節等速肌力測試。目的在藉膝關節等速肌力測試過程中速度變化情形之調查求出加速時問值,並進一步探討Cybex 325加速時問電腦測量值之效度,同時利用相關性分析深入了解新設判讀參數加速時問之必要性。結果發現無論測試速度為何,膝關節等速肌力測試之速度時間曲線均呈現加速、振動、等速、減速之變化過程。有關加速時間之效度方面,電腦測量值之變異情形普遍大於實驗測量值。另外加速時間與最大力矩值、最大力矩發生角度、力矩加速能等原有判讀參數間之相關性均低,顯示新設判讀參數加速時問以代表肌肉加速狀態頗有其必要性。

Normative data of acceleration time (AT(subscript m) AT(subscript c)), peak torque (PT), angle of peak torque occurrence (PTa), and torque acceleration energy (TAE) during isokinetic knee movement tests were collected in 7 healthy male and 13 healthy female subjects for ten testing speeds (30~300 deg • S^(-1)) by using Cybex 325 system, a camera, and electronic stroboscope machine (Microflash MF-80). Time velocity curve and AT(subscript m) were resulted from measurement and transformation of photographic record provided by camera with electronic stroboscope, and AT(subscript c), PT, PTa, TAE were resulted from the software of Cybex 325 computer. Time velocity curve during all isokinetic tests revealed acceleration phase, oscillation phenomenon, constant velocity phase, and deceleration phase throughout the testing course. Criterion-related validity was discussed by comparing the coefficient of variance of AT(subscript m) and AT(subscript c), and AT(subscript c) was found more variable than AT(subscript m) Pearson correlation coefficients were collected for PT and AT(subscript m) , PTa and AT(subscript m), TAE and AT(subscript m), respectively. Low correlation is noted between all of the above comparisons, so it is emphasized to include acceleration time as a new parameter to evaluate acceleration status of muscle contraciton since no other parameters can substitute it. The validity of this new parameter provided from Cybex's computer software should be improved for future use.
