摘要

本文回顧正常平衡反應以及神經系統病變造成之平衡障礙的相關文獻，將姿勢控制分為感覺及運動處理過程來討論。在腦性麻痺兒童中，有一群由於姿勢反射的缺失，而難以維持直立姿勢的兒童，被歸類為“不平衡症候群”(dysequilibrium syndrome)。此外，不同類型腦性麻痺兒童的站立平衡障礙，發生在不同的姿勢控制處理過程中。希望藉著本文的介紹，使我們在臨床上更了解腦性麻痺兒童姿勢控制處理過程的異常，進而更有效地處理他們的站立平衡問題。

This paper reviewed studies about normal balance reaction and neuropathological balance deficits. Previous researches proposed different postural adjustments to maintain normal stance posture. A shema was provided for understanding the model of postural control. Also, postural control of children was compared with the mature pattern of adult. Balance deficits of patients with neurological impairment are discussed. From the scope of cerebral palsy, the standing balance deficits and possible pathology are presented. Finally, clinical approach for standing balance problem in cerebral palsy is suggested.
