膝關節生物力學與其臨床重要性

Biomechanics of Knee Joint and Their Clinical Significance

摘要


膝關節是人體最大的關節,提供人體極大的活動度,同時也極易損傷,為了使物理治療師同仁能夠對膝關節的生物力學及其臨床重要性有更深一層的認識,本篇論文試著整理作者多年的研究成果及回顧文獻,以生物力學的角度分析膝關節的功能、活動範圍和受力,最後舉數例來分析其臨床應用與研究方向,期能有助於臨床應用與治療方法選用。

The knee joint is the largest joint in the human body. It is an essential component responsible for human locomotion, and extremely vulnerable to injuries. In order to enhance the knowledge of the colleagues of the physical therapists, this paper reviewed many literatures related to the knee biomechanics and their clinical significance. From the biomechanics point of view, this paper reported the mechanical function, the range of motion and the loadings of the knee joint. In the end, several examples were proposed to demonstrate the biomechanical approaches in the clinical studies. Hopefully, this paper can provide physical therapist some insight to make proper choice of the clinical treatment.
