食道結核病疑似食道癌：一病例報告
摘要
食道結核病很少見。我們報告一位因吞嚥困難而來求診的七十六歲男性病患。他在接受胃鏡檢查時，被發現有一潰瘍性的食道腫瘤。一開始我們懷疑是食道癌，並做了切片檢查。結果病理報告卻認爲比較像是結核病。於是病人接受了六個月的抗結核菌藥物治療，並且對治療的反應很好。在之後的胃鏡追蹤檢查時，只剩下一個食道憩室樣變化。食道結核病在臨床上並沒有特定的表徵。在鑑別診斷食道腫瘤時，須將其列入考慮，以早期診斷早期治療。

The esophageal tuberculosis is rare. We reported a 76-year-old male patient who presented with progressive dysphagia. He underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) and an esophageal ulcerative tumor was discovered. Esophageal cancer was suspected initially and biopsy was done. But esophageal tuberculosis was more favored pathologically. The patient received anti-tuberculosis treatment for 6 months, and responded well to the therapy. An esophageal diverticulum-like lesion was discovered in the following EGD. Esophageal tuberculosis had no specific presentation clinically. It should be included in the differential diagnosis of esophageal tumors to achieve early diagnosis and early treatment.
