從工程完工實體進行竣工BIM模型檢核機制之建構研究及案例實作探討

THE STUDY OF AS-BUILT BIM MODELS INSPECTION APPROACH IN CONSTRUCTION: A CASE STUDY

摘要


國內越來越多工程要求採用建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)技術協助執行工程專案。在施工階段有許多工程合約要求在竣工階段營造廠需要繳交一份正確的竣工BIM模型給業主。然而在施工過程中由於施工BIM模型不斷的變更與修正,使得施工BIM模型與竣工BIM模型產生缺漏及不一致等實務問題,為了解決這個問題本研究以營造廠為探討對象並建置一個竣工BIM模型檢核與管理機制。經由研究提出的模型檢核流程與架構等方法,修正竣工BIM模型與現場的差異處,以達到符合現場狀態之竣工BIM模型為最終目的。研究中將探討竣工BIM模型之元件檢核與修改標準,透過檢核流程與檢核表格管制模型的修正,最後透過實際案例的導入,探討其方法之效益及限制,作為後續研究與應用之參考。

The completeness and accuracy of a final as-built model is necessary and important beyond project closeout. However, there are many problems of final as-built model exist in practice because of final as-built model mismatch, the lack of final as-built models, and incorrect information entry of final as-built models. In order to solve the problems, this study proposes a final BIM as-built model inspection and management approach when preparing the final as-built model beyond project closeout. The utilization of the proposed approach can effectively manage the status and results of the final BIM as-built model inspection and management work performed. The proposed approach was applied in selected building case studies in Taiwan to verify our proposed approach and to demonstrate the effectiveness of final BIM as-built model inspection and management practically. Finally, this study identifies the benefits, limitations, conclusion and suggestion for further applications.
