BIM竣工模型資訊與資產識別碼自動化建置之研究

RESEARCH ON THE AUTOMATIC ESTABLISHMENT OF BIM AS-BUILT MODEL INFORMATION AND ASSET IDENTIFICATION CODE

摘要


許多營建專案需交付資訊完整的BIM竣工模型,然而業主選用的設施設備常有異動,竣工階段面臨結案的時間壓力,縮短建模時間,導致竣工模型發生設備資料不完整等問題,因此降低BIM運用於營運管理平台的價值,此外BIM的設備元件各自擁有資產識別碼,可利於導入營運管理平台及設施維護管理人員使用與溝通,然而設備元件常多達數萬個,因此以自動化程式編制有其必要性。本研究以Revit竣工模型、Dynamo編譯器及COBie電子資料庫進行研究,開發竣工資訊自動化系統與資產識別碼自動化系統,增進BIM竣工模型的建置效率,最後再以實際案例驗證本系統的可行性與分析效益。

Many construction projects require as-built Building Information Modeling (BIM) with completed information.However, the facilities and equipments often changed. At the completion stage, because of the time pressure of closing the case, it cuts down modeling time and causes equipment data are incomplete. Therefore, it reduces the BIM value at the operation management stage. On the other hand, if BIM equipment components have their own asset identification codes (AIC), it will be beneficial for cooperation and communication. However, there are often tens of thousands of equipment components, so it is necessary to program through automation.This research uses Revit, Dynamo and Construction Operations Building Information Exchange (COBie) to develop automatic system. To achieve the efficiency of BIM's information and assistance of model which imported into the Facility Management System (FMS).
