軟體代理人在工程資訊管理系統之應用-以臺灣港務股份有限公司為例

摘要


臺灣港務股份有限公司為提升商港經營效率及競爭力,擬推動商港管理體制改革,將各商港工程資訊整合數位化。為有效管理港務公司日益增多之港灣碼頭相關工程資訊,此外為配合公司化所導入ERP系統後資源整合之需要,建置工程管理資訊系統為迫切之需求。本研究所開發之雲端工程資訊管理系統以軟體代理人為核心,包括計畫管理、預算管理、標案管理、法規規範、維護管理與教育訓練等六大模組,各模組與ERP間資料藉由資料交換平台連結互通。期望在支援ERP系統之前提下,提供相關工程進度與金流管控資料,輔助港務公司各參與單位進行工程管理之用。

Effective information management in harbor engineering is essential to fulfill the resource needs of the integrated Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) at Taiwan International Ports Co., Ltd. As a result, the development of a project management information system becomes an urgent demand. 3. Thus, this research project develops an agent-based framework for construction information management on internet information system. This framework comprises: plan management, budget management, case management, regulatory standards, and education and training modules. The construction progress and budget Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) information will be exchanged by information exchange platform between six modules and ERP. The results validate the applicability of this system as a decision support during the project construction phase.
