基於BIM的RC建築耐震能力初步評估自動化方法-以軟弱層建築為例

摘要


台灣處於地震頻繁地區,卻也存在許多帶有軟弱層設計的建築物,其會造成安全上的隱憂。當地震發生時,能量容易集中在軟弱層上而造成其破壞與坍塌。有鑑於耐震能力評估的需求與日俱增,本研究基於財團法人國家地震研究中心所研發的耐震能力初步評估方法,強化其對於軟弱層的表達能力,予以反應在折減因子之上,並且基於日漸普及的建築資訊模型(BIM)技術,發展自動化的方法以完成耐震能力初評作業。其成果除了能夠發揮BIM自動擷取資訊的優勢,提升初評效率以外,亦能創造建築物維護修繕的資訊整合與共享平台。

Soft story buildings often severely damage and collapse in earthquakes. Developing appropriate seismic capability evaluation approaches is helpful to facilitate the retrofit construction for the buildings without sufficient seismic capability. Base on the preliminary seismic capability evaluation approach proposed by National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering (NCREE), the authors enhance the reduction factors which are related to soft stories to improve the current practice. In addition, the authors also automate the preliminary evaluation process by Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. Information are extracted automatically from BIM models and then served as the input parameters for preliminary evaluations. The results show that the proposed BIM-based approach can not only accelerate the evaluation process but also provide an integrated information platform for building maintenance.
