我國推行近年積極推動社會住宅政策,綠建築及智慧建築標章是必要項目,但以往建築師未於實際預算中編列標章預算,無法清楚瞭解標章建置成本,因此對於各標章之效益及全生命週期成本(LCC)無法明確判斷。故本研究會利用社會住宅綠建築及智慧建築標章候選證書及預算書,分析出標章預算項目,統計出各指標的增量成本及得分效益,也會應用建築資訊模型(BIM)相關資訊及生命週期成本(LCC)概念,統計指標設備維護成本比對其節省的建築耗能密度(EUI)、空間年用水量(QWI)提升的空氣污染指標(PSI)之市場價值和指標滿意度,以分析綠建築及智慧建築標章效益。
Our government has been promoting social housing enthusiastically, green building and intelligent building label is necessary. In the past, architects didn't put label budget in their actual budget, and the cost for acquiring the certification becoming vague. Which leads to calculation difficulty to the benefit and life cycle cost (LCC) for all kinds of certifications. This research will analyze green building and intelligent building label Candidate certificate and budget documents to understand the budget and statistics for all standards' incremental cost and score benefit. We would also utilize the data from building information modeling (BIM) and the concept of life cycle cost (LCC) to get the statistics for standard equipment maintenance cost compared with the reduced energy use intensity (EUI), annual water usage per space (QWI) and increased pollutant standards index's (PSI) market value and standard satisfaction to analyze the effectiveness of green building and intelligent building label.
