港灣配置改善對海岸環境變遷影響之研究-以磺港為例

THE INFLUENCE OF COASTAL ENVIRONMENT DUE TO DIFFERENT DISTRIBUTIONS OF MARINE STRUCTURES - A CASE STUDY OF HUANGGANG FISHING HARBOR

摘要


海岸侵蝕發生主要原因在於海岸輸砂失衡所導致,然而海域波流特性的改變也連帶使漂沙活動範圍內海域地形產生變遷。因此海事結構配置的檢討對海岸環境影響則有必要深入討論。本研究將以磺港漁港為實際案例以不同海事結構物配置嘗試改善現有航道淤積問題及探討對海岸環境的衝擊。除了將水動力現象與地形變遷藉由數值模式模擬予以量化之,而且量化後之物理量亦可作為決策層級分析時計算各層面權重值之依據,最後經由群體總評分機制判別磺港北堤延伸一案為最優選改善措施,不但可有效改善現況因沿岸主流帶入港口之漂砂趨勢,同時兼具調適新金山海岸養灘之優勢。

Coast is eroded because of the imbalance of sediment transport. Not only nearshore dynamics are influenced by the ocean topography but also the sedimental level is changed by nearshore current. It is necessary that the distribution of marine structures must be reconsidered to the influence of the coastal environment. In this research, the impact of coastal environment and the solution of deposition problems would be discussed by three possible cases. Three criteria and Nine indexes based on the perspectives of experts is used by analytic hierarchy process method (AHP). The AHP was employed to evaluate the weight of each indicator based on the perspectives of experts. Finally, a best choice of projects would be decided by the heist score. Obviously, an extension of north breakwater in Huanggang Fishing Harbor is the best way to improve present problems.
