本研究以高屏地區花卉產銷班為研究範圍,探討目前花卉產銷班對經營管理訓練之需求。回收問卷經分析後發現:一、有關經營管理訓練課程之需求順位以類別分依次為:生產管理類、行銷管理類、農業政策與相關輔導措施類、組織運作類、資訊管理類最後為財務管理類。二、以個別課程而言有關產品的分級、包裝設計及品牌建立等課程之需求最高、其次為栽培技術及團隊組織的運作;顯見花農對於市場行銷的重視,以及體認產銷班組織運作之重要性。三、在整體訓練需求的分析中發現:有關自我能力的評估中在電腦使用的相關能力排名明顯落後,為未來最需加強辦理之課程。依據上述之研究發現,所歸納結論及提出具體之建議,將可作為日後辦理產銷班訓練,及後續研究之參考。
The purposes of this study are to explore the Training Needs of Management of Floricultural Production and Marketing Groups in Kao-Ping Area.There are several major discoveries in the research1. The major training needs program of the Floricultural Production and Marketing Groups belong to 'production management program' and 'marketing management program'.2. The major training needs issue of the Floricultural Production and Marketing Groups belong to product classifications, product packaging design and product brand.3. The computer ability for jobs are the most important issues to training that group will be facing in the future.Based upon the findings of this study, recommendations are made for management training of Floricultural Production and Marketing Groups and future research.
