蓮霧常見致病真菌對殺真菌劑之感受性

The sensitivity of the key wax apple pathogenic fungi against various fungicides

摘要


為了解蓮霧真菌性病害發生情況及病原真菌對目前核准之殺真菌劑的感受性,本研究自蓮霧主要產區採集病果及病葉,進行病原真菌分離,再加以測試殺真菌劑對病原真菌菌絲生長抑制率。由受害果上採集獲得的菌株比例以果腐病菌(Pestalotiopsis euginae)最高,其次為黑腐病菌(Lasiodiplodia theobromae),黃腐病菌(Calonectria sp.)及炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)則占少部分。由受害葉上採集獲得菌株則為果腐病菌及炭疽病菌。前述菌株對於扶吉胺(fluazinam)與賽普護汱寧(cyprodinil+fludioxonil)具較高感受性,但對亞托敏(Azoxystrobin)之感受性不佳,藥劑對菌絲生長抑制率約28%。

For learning the infection rate of fungal diseases of wax apple, and the sensitivity of the pathogenic fungi against various fungicides, the wax apple pathogenic fungi were isolated from the main production areas. Then, the inhibition effect of various fungicide against pathogenicity fungi was evaluated. The results show that Pestalotiopsis euginae has the highest incidence in fruit, followed by Lasiodiplodia theobromae, Calonectria sp., and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides have the lowest incidence. These pathogenic fungi are sensitive to fluazinam and cyprodinil+fludioxonil, but tolerant to azoxystrobin, which has about 28% mycelial growth inhibition rate.
