摘要

儒學在傳入日本後，給日本的政治生活、法律烙上深深的印記。同時，儒家文化在近代日本遭到全盤西化者的竭力抵制，遭到國粹主義者的積極歡迎。日本儒學有捨孝全忠的傾向，這也是日本武士道的思想基礎。儒家文化為日本經濟發展提供了安定而有秩序的社會環境。勤儉等儒家文化精神內核是日本經濟騰飛的動力。儒家傳統中的家長制已成為日本企業管理的支柱。儒家傳統所倡同心協力精神，形成了日本企業的集團主義經營方式。儒家思想的憂患意識，形成了日本人特有的社會責任感。儒家的忠君思想，演化為日本人愛國、愛企業的風氣。

Since Confucianism transmitted into Japan, it has made a profound impact on Japanese political life, and laws. Meanwhile, in contemporary Japan the Confucian culture is stubbornly opposed by those who propose the complete Westernisation. Whereas it is positively welcome by national quitessentialists. Japanese Confucianism has the tendency of abandoning filiality and satisfying loyalty, which is the basis of the thought of Japanese bushido. The Confucian culture provides the development of Japanese economy with a stable and orderly social environment. In the Confucian tradition, paternalism has been a pillar for the management of Japanese enterprises. The emphasis of the Confucian culture on working together with one heart forms a collectivistic way of management among Japanese enterprises. The consciousness of hardship in Confucian thought forms a characteristic social responsibility among the Japanese. The ethos of Japanese patriotism and enterprise-loving evolves from the thought of being loyal to the ruler in Confucian thought.
