「應該」的推導方法

人的行為應該如何的道德規範雖然都是人制定的、約定的；但是，只有那些惡劣的、不科學的道規範才可以隨意制定、約定，反之，優良的道德規範絕非可以隨意制定，而只能通過社會制定道德的目的，從人的行為事實如何的客觀本性中推導、制定出來：所制定的行為應該如何的道德規範之優劣，直接說來，取決於對行為應該如何的道德價值認識之真假；根本說來，則一方面取決於對行為事實如何的客觀規律的認識之真假，另一方面取決於對倒得目的的認識之真假。這就是優良道德規範依據道德價值判斷和行為事實判斷以及道德目的判斷之真理的推導和制定的過程，這就是優良道德規範的推導和制定之方法。
