論清華簡《子產》的黃老學傾向

The Ideological Academic Trend of Tsinghua Bamboo Slip Zichan

摘要


清華簡《子產》主要是一篇關於治國理政的政論文獻,其中所載子產史事不能當作真正的歷史事實,它具有很強的思想性。先秦諸子中儒家、黃老學、法家都對子產有所論述,但只有黃老學眼中的子產與清華簡《子產》中的子產形象最為契合。從治身思想、「命」「刑」並重思想、因循思想、恐懼意識等方面看,清華簡《子產》都更近於黃老學思想而非儒家思想。

Tsinghua bamboo slip Zichanis mainly aboutthe political theory of governance, of which the information about Zichancannot be regarded as real historical facts, and it is rich in ideas. In the pre-Qin philosophers, Confucianism, Huang-Lao school and Legalists all discussed Zichan, but only the Zichan in the eyes of Huang-Laoschool is the most compatible with the image of Zichan in the Tsinghua Bamboo Slip Zichan. From the perspective of self-cultivation, laying equal stress on decretal provision and criminal penalty, conventionalism and the sense of fear, we can draw the conclusion that Tsinghua Bamboo slip Zichanis closer to Huang-Lao schoolrather than Confucianism.
