Based on Sima Tan's On the Fundamentals of Six Philosophical Schools, which concludes that the distinct and different pre-Qin philosophical schools are all oriented toward the pursuits of governance, this article is meant to clarify the similarities and differences between Yi Zhuan and Laozi with regards to the relationship between heaven and man. Then it's finally proved that the concepts of the "right" way from Yi Zhuan and the "constant way" from Laozi, as ramifications of the same idea, can be united and applied to fulfillment of lasting stability and durable peace.
