台灣地區建築氣候分區之研究

摘要

本文以建築界在氣候和地理上的應用爲目的，採用中央氣象局的實測資料，針對台灣地區進行建築上之氣候分區研究。在此氣候分區中採用了「冷房度時」(Cooling Degree Hours)和「年平均相對濕度」做爲分區的指標，兼顧了全年室外寒暑和濕潤感覺之人體環境舒適性因素。本文一共採用95點的「冷房度時」計算值和156點的「年平均相對濕度」數據。並參酌地形圖和氣候體驗，將台灣地區分成(1)Ⅰ-A炎熱高濕區，(2)Ⅱ-A炎熱高濕區，(3)Ⅱ-B炎熱次濕區，(4)Ⅲ-A高熱高濕區，(5)Ⅲ-B高熱次濕區，(6)Ⅳ高山區等六大建築氣候區。同時爲了配合政府建築能源法令上施行的方便，本文也配合鄉鎮行政界線將上述分區圖繪製成「建築氣候行政分區圖」以供參考。最外，對於本研究成果的使用限制和注意事項亦提出了檢討。

For the purpose of climatic and geographic application in. architectural field, a study on the classification of climates in Taiwan area is conducted in this paper by using the observed weather data from Central Weather Bureau Considering the comfort factors in both thermal and humid response of human cooling Degree Hours ”and” annual average Relative Humidity” are introduced as the indecies for the climate classification Based on 95 calculate values of ”cooling Degree Hours” and 156 data of ”annual average Relative Humidity” and .the adjusted by the topographic map of Taiwan and the experiences of local weather, map of six climatic types in Taiwan is obtained containing (1) Warm and Humid climates, (2) Semi hot and humid climates,(3) Semi hot and Semi-humid climates (4) Hot and humid climates (5) Hot and semi humid climates, (6) Mountainous climates Furthermore, this climatic map is transformed into administrative districts map of ”climates for architectural application according to the administrative districts of towns and prefectures in for the official convenience of the energy policies on buildings. Finally, some notes and limitations of these maps are described for furthur researches
