摘要


本研究主要利用重量損失法及交流阻抗技術來探討溫度、流速、氯離子濃度和油水比等環境因素對溶油成膜型防蝕劑之防蝕效果的影響,結果顯示溫度、流速和低油水比對防蝕劑劣化的影響程度大於氯離子的作用,溶液中油的存在會促進防蝕劑的防蝕效果,油在其劣化過程扮演雙重角色,最後並對防蝕劑的劣化行爲加以討論。

The effects of environmental factors, such as temperature, flow rate, chloride ion and oil/brine ratio, on the efficiency of oil-soluble, film-forming corrosion inhibitors were investigated by the measurements of weight loss and polarization resistance. The results show that the temperature, flow rate and oil/brine ratio are the main factors affecting the efficiency of corrosion inhibitors. The oil phase can enhance the inhibition efficiency and play a dual role on the decay of inhibitor film. Finally, the decay process of inhibitor film on the metal surface is discussed.
