利用交流阻抗法評估塗層耐蝕性

摘要


有機塗層應用相當廣汎,例如用於家電,交通器材,五金零件以及建材等的塗裝,此工業塗裝用塗料有聚酯(Polyester)粉體塗料、環氧聚酯(Epoxy-Po1yester)混合粉體以及陽離子環氧樹脂電著塗裝(CED-Epoxy)等。而其耐腐蝕性直接影響到這些成品的品質,以及建築物的維修等。故於規劃使用之前須評估這些塗料的耐腐蝕性,施工期亦極需要設法檢測施工品質。 已知如以交流阻抗法測試等效阻抗值、電容值以及電化學參數與其隨時間的變化當可用來評估這些材料的優劣以及施工、處理過程是否妥當等。 本報告是應用交流阻抗去評估幾種習見材料的耐腐蝕程度,供做選用之參考。並亦可推廣至建立評估類似材料時的流程,做成建立專家系統時的資訊之一。

Organic coating has been widely used in electrical utilities, transportation eqiupments, metallic parts, building marterial and so on. These coating materials include polyester, powder paint, epoxy-polyester, cationic electrode position epoxy and etc. In usual, the quality of coating and maintaince of construction are directly affected by the anti-corrosion property of coating material. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the anti-corrosion property of coating material in prior to use and to examine the processing quality during painting. The above evaluation and examination can be carried out by the AC impedance test which can show the variation of resistance, capaitance and other electrochemical parameters with time. These data reveal the property of paint film. In this study, AC impedance test method has been used to evaluate the anti-corrosion property of some common coating materials for selective reference. Furthermore, these data may be used as a part reference in expert system for studying the property of coating materials.
