不同劣化環境對結構用鋼腐蝕速率的影響

摘要


臺灣屬於海島型地理與氣候環境,高溫潮濕,是容易使金屬腐蝕之環境,因此鋼的腐蝕速率往往成為評估鋼結構服務年限之依據。本研究擬探討結構用ASTM A709鋼板浸漬於不同pH值的鹽水溶液及暴露於不同劣化環境中之腐蝕行為,試驗變數包含不同浸漬溶液環境、鹽霧環境、與自然曝曬環境。不同浸漬溶液環境係將除銹處理的鋼材試片浸置於海水、pH=5、pH=7、pH=9、pH=11、pH=13共六種溶液中,以代表鋼材於環境中所遇到的各種酸鹼條件,亦可間接反應海域環境中空氣污染對鋼材的侵蝕。並藉由直流極化法量測腐蝕速率,並由試驗結果以作為後續鋼結構設計之參考。

Because Taiwan is a typical island climate with high temperature and humidity, the corrosion rate of steel is an important factor when engineer predict the service life of steel structures. This objective of this research is to study the effect of Corrosion rate of Unpainted Structural Steel in different degradation conditions. Degradation conditions include immersing the steel in different pH solutions (pH=5, 7, 9, 11, 13), immersing in sea water, exposure in salt spray condition, and exposure in coastal environmental. The corrosion rate is mainly determined by the DC polarization test after steel in different degradation conditions. And the result will be provided as a reference for steel structure design.
