不銹鋼氧化碴取代混凝土粗骨材之應用研究

Application of Stainless Steel Oxidizing Slag on the Replacement of Concrete Coarse Aggregate

摘要


目前國內尚未建立不銹鋼爐碴之明確使用規範,本文係探討以不銹鋼氧化碴取代混凝土粗骨材之可行性。研究結果顯示,不銹鋼氧化碴性質符合混凝土用粗骨材之品質要求,金屬溶出值在規範標準內。以不銹鋼氧化碴完全取代粗骨材之混凝土其28天抗壓強度為取代量0%之1.14倍。在電阻值、超音波速率上,不銹鋼氧化碴混凝土比一般骨材混凝土高。顯示以不銹鋼氧化碴取代混凝土粗骨材之混凝土較為緻密,可提高混凝土之抗壓強度。經由能量分散式光譜儀(EDS)分析骨材界面元素,結果顯示不銹鋼氧化碴混凝土會消耗Na、K鹼性元素,對鋼筋防蝕具有正面效益。由研究證明不銹鋼爐碴可應用於混凝土工程,當作取代混凝土粗骨材來使用,以達到資源化應用目的。

The objective of this research is aimed at establishing the stainless steel oxidizing slag to replace the coarse aggregate of concrete. The result shows that the properties of stainless steel oxidizing slag are conform to coarse aggregate and there are no the heavy metal dissolve problem. The concrete compressive strength of the stainless steel oxidizing slag to substitute 100% is 1.14 times of 0% for the coarse aggregate at 28 days age. The electric resistance and velocity of ultrasonic is better than the specimen of normal aggregate, namely the stainless steel oxidizing slag concrete is more compact and durable. By the Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) to analyze the section of motar and coarse aggregate, the alkalinity element sodium (Na) and potassium (K) in the stainless steel oxidizing slag concrete are dissolved, that is helpful for reinforce bar to against erode in concrete. Results show that the stainless steel slag may apply to the coarse aggregate material of concrete to achieve resources recycle application.
