後處理方法對鋁熔射皮膜性能之影響

The Effect of Post Treatment on the Anti-corrosion of Thermal Sprayed Aluminum Coatings

摘要


金屬鋁熔射可以提供鋼材極佳的防蝕保護,但由於熔射皮膜孔隙率高,熔射後皮膜除非需要特殊的表面性質,如粗度、導電或導熱等,鮮少直接使用。本研究主要在探討以鉻酸鹽化成處理、蒸汽處理、熱處理及水性壓克力樹脂含浸等不同後處理方法對鋁熔射層防蝕性能之影響,經後處理之鋁熔射試片分別進行鹽霧試驗及電化學試驗,以評估不同後處理方法對鋁熔射皮膜防蝕性能之影響,實驗結果顯示,鉻酸鹽化成處理及蒸汽處理對鋁熔射層具封孔作用,可提升熔射層之防蝕性能。

Thermal sprayed aluminum coatings can provide excellent corrosion protection for steels. However, the coatings can't be applied directly due to its high porosity unless specific surface properties required such as roughness, electric conduction or heat conduction. In this study, we focused on the effects of post treatment on the corrosion resistance of thermal sprayed aluminum coatings. The specimens were treated with chromating, steam treatment, heat treatment and resin dipping after thermal spraying. The post-treated specimens were subsequently assessed by salt-spray test and electrochemical test to estimate the influence of post treatment on the corrosion resistance of thermal sprayed aluminum coating. The experimental results showed that the chromating and steam treatment were helpful to seal the pores and to promote anti-corrosion performances of thermal spraying layers.
