大氣環境對2024-T73鋁合金之锈蝕行為影響研究

The Effect of Atmosphere on the Corrosion Behaviors of Aluminum Alloy 2024-T73

摘要


本研究主要針對台灣海島型氣候對2024-T73鋁合金銹蝕之影響。2024-T73鋁合金分別施以陽極化、防蝕塗料塗佈及先陽極化處理再塗佈防蝕塗料等表面處理後,進行一系列大氣環境的耐蝕性試驗。本研究包括:對不同地區之環境進行大氣腐蝕指標測定,收集該區的大氣資訊。藉由施行大氣曝露試驗,了解真實環境與不同表面處理試片抗蝕能力的關連性。其次,進行鹽水噴霧試驗,藉以瞭解不同表面處理的試片抵抗氯離子侵蝕的能力。最後,利用電化學方法檢測不同表面處理之2024-T73鋁合金試片抵抗環境腐蝕的能力。試驗結果顯示,各地區的大氣腐蝕環境不同,而鋁合金經過適當的表面處理可以大幅改善其抗蝕性。

The corrosion behaveior of 2024-T73 aluminum alloy, with or without surface treatment, in various areas in Taiwan with different corrosivity index was investigated. The techniques employed for surface treatment included anodization and those with post-anodization coatings. The corrosiveity index of each area was evaluated using CLIMAT (classification of industrial and marine atmosphere) test. The atmospheric corrosion resistance of various bare and coated 2024-T73 aluminum alloys exposed in different area were compared. Salt spray test and electrochemical measurements were also performed for corrosion resistance evaluation. The experimental results showed that the corrosiveity index varied among the areas investigated. The corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy could be substantially improved by employing proper surface treatment.
