PU/MWCNTs複合塗層之抗蝕及吸音影響研究

The Study of MWCNT with PU Coating for Anticorrosion and Acoustic Absorbing Effect

摘要


本研究探討聚氨酯(Polyurethane, PU)塗層在添加多壁奈米碳管(Multiwall Carbon nanotubes, MWCNTs)的防蝕與吸音能力,並評估在不同含量之多壁奈米碳管情況下,其對於PU複合塗層之吸音及抗蝕效果的影響。根據文獻顯示,PU塗層除有良好抗蝕性外,同時也具有吸音效果,因此本研究中,我們選用PU當作抗蝕及吸音的塗層。在本實驗主要有兩項測驗,分別為腐蝕及吸音測試,在腐蝕測驗中,主要是讓複合塗層浸泡於3.5%氯化鈉(NaCl)溶液,並藉由交流阻抗和極化曲線來檢測防蝕能力;而在吸音測驗乃是將複合塗層放置於阻抗管當中,並量測2,000-8,000 Hz間之吸音能力,以得其吸音係數(α)。結果顯示,奈米碳管的含量對於PU複合塗層之防蝕及吸音能力都有所影響。

This study has focused on the properties of anticorrosion and acoustic absorption of Polyurethane(PU) matrix added with different content of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). The previous literatures showed that the PU coating not only can against corrode but also absorb acoustic. In this study, PU was used as anticorrosion and acoustic absorption coating matrix. Two main experiments were carried out in this study. The first test was corrosion test. Here we utilized electrochemistry impendence spectroscopy (EIS) and polarization measurements of the composite coating which was immersed in 3.5% NaCl solution. The second test was acoustic absorption test. In this test, the composite coating was placed in an impedance tube with a frequency range of 2,000-8,000 Hz to get reflection coefficient (R). The results showed that the properties of anticorrosion and acoustic absorption of composite coatings were influenced by the content of MWCNTs.
