中國腦血管病脂蛋白(a)和其它脂類的濃度

Levels of Lipoprotein(a) and Other Lipids in Patients with Cerebrovascular Diseases in China

摘要


本研究報導56例腦出血、63例腦梗塞患者脂蛋白(a)濃度及膽固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、載脂蛋白A-I和載脂蛋白B的濃度,並與49例健康對照者作比較。結果發現:腦梗塞組脂蛋白(a)、載脂蛋白B及甘油三酯升高,高密度脂蛋白及載脂蛋白A-I下降;腦出血組脂蛋白(a)、載脂蛋白B及甘油三酯上升、膽固醇及高密度脂蛋白下降明顯。腦梗塞組脂蛋白(a)與甘油三酯呈顯著正相關,而腦出血組脂蛋白(a)與膽固醇呈顯著負相關。腦梗塞組脂蛋白(a)、甘油三酯的異常檢出分別高達60.31%、52.38%,腦出血組高密度脂蛋白的異常檢出率高達51.78%。本研究結果提示,脂蛋白(a)和其它脂類代謝異常是腦血管病患者最常見和重要的致病因素。

We determined the serum levels of Lipoprotein(a) [LP(a)], Apolipoprotein A-I (Apo A-I), Apolipoprotein B (Apo B), Cheolesterol(Ch). Triglyceride(TG) and High Density Lipoprotein Cheolesterol (HDL) in 63 patients with cerebral infarction, 56 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and in 49 healthy controls. It was found that patients with cerebral infarcition had significantly higher levels of LP(a), Apo B TG, and lower level of HDL. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage had significantly higher levels of LP(a), Apo B, TG, and lower level of Ch than control group. There was a significantly positive correlation between Lp(a) and TG in patients with cerebral infarction, while a significantly negative correlation between LP(a) and Ch in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. The detective rate of abnormal Lp(a) and TG in cerebral infarction were as high as 60.31%, 52.38%. The detective rate of abnormal HDL in cerebral hemorrhage was as high as 51.78%. It is suggested that the abnormal Lp(a) and other lipids are the most common and important risk factor for cerebrovascular diseases.
