摘要

視神經盤周邊病腫瘤在臨床上極罕見，其包含的病因也呈多樣性。本研究蒐集本院眼科部六年來珍斷為視神經盤周邊病例共十二例：其中包含黑色素細胞瘤(melanocytoma)，脈絡膜骨瘤(choroidal osteoma)，脈絡膜血管瘤(combined harmatoma)。星形細胞缺陷瘤(astrocytic harmatoma)及視網膜色素上皮細胞缺陷瘤(combined harmatioma)。本研究在分析近六年來本院的臨床經驗，探討視神經盤周邊腫瘤的可能病因，影響視力的因素，病灶的發展及追蹤治療的結果。(慈濟醫學1996; 8:301-306)

Juxtapapillary elevated lesions are rare diseases, and include many etiologies. In this report, we collected all patients receiving fluorescein angiography examination at our hospital during Jan. 1989 to Aug. 1995, and found only 12 cases. The disease entity included melanocytonma, choroidal osteoma, choroidal hemangiona, astrocytic harmatoma and combine dharmatoma. In this report, we tried to analyse these cases and to find out the possible etiologic factors of visual prognosis, lesion progression and result after treatment. (Tzu Chi Med J 1996; 8: 301-306)
