視網膜動脈巨型瘤之臨床觀察
Clinical Observation on Retinal Arterial Macroaneurysms
摘要
本文報告十例經眼底螢光血管攝影證實的視網膜動脈巨型瘤病例，其中七例曾接受氬氣雷射光凝法治療。我們在此對視網膜動脈巨型瘤的臨床特性及其對雷射治療的反應加以報告與討論。

We retrospectively reviewed 10 cases of angiographically proved retinal arterial macro-aneurysms seen at Veterans General Hospital. There were 7 cases received argon laser photocoagulation during the course. We describe the clinical manifestations of the retinal arterial macroaneurysms and discuss the role of laser treatment for this disease.
