上、下淚小管對於淚液排出之臨床分析

摘要

搜集10位臨床無症狀的自願者，以鼻淚管閃爍攝影術來比較當上、下淚小管個別阻塞時，其相對之淚液排出速率。以paired-test分析，發現上、下淚小管的淚液排出速率無顯著差異，顯示上淚小管或下淚小管對於淚液排出佔有同樣重要性，此結果對於臨床上，單一淚小管受傷是否須要修復的取捨，有參考的價值。(慈濟醫學1998;10:45-50)

Using temporary total punctual obstruction and quantitative dacryoscintigraphy, tear flow in the upper canaliculirelative to that in the lower candliculi was analyzed in 10 asymptomatic volunteers. The results with the only upper punctum occluded were compared to those with only the lower punctum occluded. No significant difference in tear flow between the upper and lower canalicular systems was appreciated (p＜0.05). The clinical implication of these results are important when deciding whether to repair an isolated canalicular injury.(Tzu Chi Med J1998;10:45-50)
