鼻淚管探通及穿管術的輔助法
An AID to Probing and Intubating the Nasolacrimal Duct
摘要
在鼻淚管的探通手術時，探針頭在鼻腔側的出現可幫助確認探通手術的完成，而在矽質管穿管術(silicone intubation)，探針頭的確認及拉出則是手術的必經過程。本文介紹使用電子導通測計來輔助此手術進行。經12例的實際操作後，證實可減短手術時間，並減少對鼻腔黏膜的傷害。

In probing and intubating the lacrimal draining system, making sure that the probe has passed into the inferior meatus of the nose and retrieving the probe from within the nose are the key concerns. The procedure, which lacks intranasal visualization, has been made easier by a battery drived audio conduction detector. January 1996 to August 1996, we used this design to perform 15 nasolacrimal duct probing or intubation on 12 patents, with good results. The probing or intubatin were completed within 5 minutes and without trauma or massive bleeding. In general, this audio conduction detector is a convenient design. It helps solve the problems of nasolacrimal duct probing and intubation, such as trauma and bleeding caused by the blind sweep technique, and is easier for use than the endoscope.
