摘要

發生於口腔的神經鞘瘤相當罕見，通常是圓或是橢圓形、孤立、較軟、平滑、周邊明顯、生長緩慢，並有完整包覆被囊的腫瘤，大小可自0.25cm 至3.00cm，大部分為良性、極少數為惡性、且大多與多發性神經鞘瘤有關。症狀表現與所侵的器官及發生的位置有關，有時會有疼痛、不適、吞嚥因難、或異物感等症狀。神經鞘瘤通常侵犯軟組織，但也可能侵犯下頷骨或上頷骨，在口腔部位以舌部最為常見，其次為顎、口腔底、頰黏膜。本文報告一21歲男性神經鞘瘤病例，病患主訴在其舌左側緣有一緩慢生長的腫塊合併有疼痛、出血及潰瘍。經手術切除後，至今預後良好，未有復發現象。(慈濟醫學 2000;12:73-76)

Neurilemmoma is an uncommon tumor of the oral cavity. It is generally round or oval shaped, solitary, soft, smooth, sharply circumscribed, slow growing, and well encapsulated, and usually ranges in size from 0.25 to 3.00 cm. Most are benign, but malignant lesions which are usually associated with neurofibromatosis have occasionally been reported. Clinical symptoms are associated with the organs or areas have been involved. They occasionally cause pain, discomfort, dysphagia of a foreign body sensation. They commonly affect the soft tissues but occasionally are found to involve the mandible and maxilla. The tongue is involved most frequently, followed by the palate, floor of the mouth, and buccal mucosa. A neurilemmoma of the tongue in a 21-year-old man is reported. He complained of a small, slowly growing mass on the left side of his tongue for about 3 monts. The symptoms of this lesion were associated with pain, repeated bleeding and ulceration. The tumor was surgically removed, and the postoperative course was uneventful, Pathology showed prominent spindle shaped cells with palisading of nuclei with Verocay bodies, revealing a neurilemmoma a pattern rarely reported in the tongue.
